Honouring the Charleston Nine

In June 2015 a gunman entered an African-American church in Charleston, South Carolina and shot dead nine people.

Ben Tucker has written a song, Charleston, for the families of the Charleston Nine, whose choice to forgive reminds us that hate won’t win.

Ben, who lives in the USA, has also written some of the music on the Northumbria Community Alone Together CD.
