Important Announcement- COVID-19 and the temporary closure of Nether Springs

As a Community we pray for all affected by the Coronavirus Covid-19. This is an unprecedented situation facing all of us.

 Temporary Closure of our Mother House, ‘Nether Springs’

It is with some sadness that, in the light of current Government guidelines regarding the Coronavirus Covid-19, we have to announce the temporary closure of our Mother House, Nether Springs, until the end of 2020. 

However, we are now running an online retreat programme. Details of this can be seen on the website and on our Facebook Page and places booked through our School for Monastic Living website.

Our World-wide Community  

Please continue to join us in our daily prayers. We are currently co-ordinating some online offices.  Please contact the School for Monastic Living – school@northumbriacommunity.org if you would like to join in with these.  You can also catch up with the Lenten reflection series on our blog here.
